Description
The Jace Jog is a way for our community to come together, be active and healthy, all while giving back. All funds raised this year will be donate to PKD Foundation and Danni Massey. Danni Massey is in full kidney failure and is currently receiving Peritoneal Dialysis and also Hemo Dialysis, and will remain doing so until receiving a kidney transplant.
