One Run isn’t just a race … it’s a high-energy celebration of hope, courage, and community where every mile matters for North Texans impacted by cancer. The timed race benefits Cancer Support Community North Texas, which provides counseling, support groups and social activities for North Texans with cancer and their families. After the run, the fun continues with a party featuring music, dancing, free food and drinks, and lots of family friendly activities. We hope to see you there!
