Running over Depression 5K, Fun Run & Virtual Run
Description
We have taken on the task of continuing the tradition of Running Over Depression to help raise awareness for suicide prevention as well as helping heal those who have lost loved ones to suicide.
Our certified 5K course is a fast course and takes you through scenic countryside that includes a pond and open grassy areas; or if you prefer, you can choose our 1K Fun Run which will now begin at the arch!
